Aleks Melnikova
Inside inclusive design in 2025
Join Aleksandra for a dynamic conference session exploring why inclusive products are fundamentally better products.
Discover how making accessibility a key part of brainstorming results in interfaces that serve everyone more effectively, and how multicultural teams consistently break barriers to achieve outstanding outcomes.
We’ll share the results of our global survey of over 800 designers, conducted across multiple countries, to reveal the real state of inclusive design today. You’ll gain practical insights into what actually works across roles and organisations, learn about the gaps between perception and practice, and find out how small changes can have a big impact—even on a limited budget.
This talk isn’t just about theory; it’s an opportunity to understand how inclusive design drives smart, modern business success. Walk away with actionable strategies, a deeper understanding of regional differences and knowledge gaps, and new approaches to inclusive design that go beyond big tech case studies. If you’re interested in building better products and thriving teams, this session is for you.
