Zero to 20 Million: The Messy Art of Launching New Products

In this talk we will take a deep dive into product craft when launching new products.
Product management is not feature bingo. It starts with the discovery of real customer pain, ensuring that it delivers ‘move-the-needle’ value, all while keeping stakeholders on board.
In this talk, David will break down how to find the right problem, frame it so stakeholders care, and shape a solution that ships. He will share the messy parts of go-live: cutting scope, last-minute surprises, and post-launch fire drills.

Finally, David will show how to choose and track the few metrics that matter, read the signals fast, and decide what to fix, double down on, or kill.
Expect practical tools, honest war stories, and takeaways you can use on Monday to keep work on track.
